Going and coming from the trip:

You should arrive at the San Cristóbal Airport preferably before 12:00 pm Galapagos time on day 1 of this trip. Upon arrival at the airport, a person will greet you at the passenger exit and take you by taxi to the hotel to check in at the hotel.
There are no planned activities on the 10th (the last day), the transfer to the Itabaca channel will take place at the time scheduled by the passengers according to their flight time. In Itabaca passengers will have to take a water taxi to cross the canal and get to Baltra, then they will have to buy a bus ticket to get to the airport.

Start of the trip: This trip begins with your arrival at San Cristóbal Island, Galapagos, Ecuador, on day 1.
End of the trip: This trip ends with your departure from Galapagos, on day 10.

  1. Day 1 Playa Mann, Kayak to Cerro Tijeretas + snorkeling

    AM: Arrival San Cristóbal Airport, transfer to hotel for check in and lunch at restaurant.

    PM: Hike to Playa Mann to set up equipment and give directions about kayaking. The departure will be from Mann Beach, rowing towards Punta Carola, following the coast through Darwin Bay and finally arriving at Baquerizo Beach. Upon arrival, we will have some time to relax and enjoy the beach and then the snorkeling activity will take place. At the end of the activity, we will have a break and then we will prepare for the return to Playa Mann. Along the way we can see sea lions, marine iguanas, sea turtles, colorful fish, frigate birds, blue-footed boobies and different types of finches.
         

  2. Day 2 High fishing - Milla Cero Treinta

    AM/PM: Passengers will be sailing for two hours from Puerto Baquerizo until they reach the fishing site. The fishing is ”catch and release” style, that is to say that after having brought it to the surface they will return it to the ocean. The species you will observe is the Galapagos Marlin. On board you will have food, non-alcoholic beverages and all the necessary equipment to carry out the activity.

  3. Day 3 shoreline fishing Punta Pitt and coast of San Cristóbal

    AM/PM: Passengers will sail for about an hour and a half until they reach a formation of volcanic ash called Punta Pitt, here they will fish from the coast and the species that can be observed mostly is the Tuna.

  4. Day 4 High fishing SCY –Española

    AM/PM: Passengers will sail for 2 hours in the direction of Española Island, they will arrive at a place known as Bajo. There, passengers will throw sardines into the water and try to catch tuna and possibly marlin. They will have their food on board, as well as all the necessary equipment for the activity. Passengers will be accompanied by a guide from the Galapagos National Park.

  5. Day 5 High fishing SCY –Floreana

    AM/PM: You will sail around two and a half hours, along the way you will meet marlin fish and yellow fin tuna. Upon arrival at the island you can enjoy the black beach, the sea lion, if you wish you can go to the upper part of the island where you will see turtles, see the old pirate caves, the fresh water source and enjoy the view of all the island.

  6. Day 6 High fishing SCY – Floreana - Isabela

    AM/PM: Passengers can choose to visit more places on the island and then start the fishing activity or start it early. They will sail towards Isabela Island for approximately two hours, on the way they will be able to observe fish such as marlin, swordfish, cod, tuna among others.

  7. Day 7 Wall of tears and Surf in El Faro

    AM: There will be a 6km cycling activity along the seashore, then you will follow a trail where you can see marine iguanas, tortoises, different types of birds; They will be able to visit different beaches and wetlands where flamingos can be found and finally they will arrive at a wall made of stones by the ancient settlers.

    PM: In the afternoon there will be a more fun activity such as surfing. Passengers will be taken by the instructor to a place on the beach called El Faro, where they will have their surf class and the instructor will be watching all the time.

  8. Day 8 Shoreline fishing - Crateres

    AM/PM: This day the passengers will carry out the activity in a place known as Cráteres that is 20 minutes from Puerto Villamil, on the site they will be able to find fish such as palometas, wahoo, tuna, marlins, among others.

  9. Day 9 Shoreline fishing - Isabela - Santa Cruz

    AM/PM: This day the passengers will be sailing to Santa Cruz Island for around two hours, during the trip they will be able to find fish such as tuna, marlins, among others.

  10. Day 10 Departure to Baltra Airport

    AM: This day there will be no planned activity, passengers will be transferred to the Itabaca canal from which they will have to go to the Baltra airport.

The hotels are comfortable and charming, superior tourist class. They are well located in the city, but they are not always on the beach or in front of the sea. Premium Hotels are first-class luxury boutique hotels. They are located right on the beach or facing the sea. All hotels are locally owned and operated.

To participate in this tour, you must be on San Cristóbal Island (Puerto Baquerizo Moreno).

The itinerary may change due to Galapagos National Park regulations or weather conditions.

Please note that in order to protect the environment of the Galapagos Islands, the Government of Ecuador has prohibited the use of plastic bags and polyethylene containers in the Archipelago. Visitors to the islands are not allowed to bring these items with them. This measure is effective as of May 2018.

NOTE FOR FLIGHTS TO GALAPAGOS: Please make sure you book a flight in advance, and take into account the airport codes (San Cristóbal – SCY) (Santa Cruz – Baltra). We suggest that the arrival time be before 12:00 pm to follow the order of the itinerary shown. However, if you need to book a late flight (later than 11:30am), please let us know as soon as possible (preferably at the time of tour booking). We will have to modify the order of the activities in the itinerary.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR FLIGHTS TO GALAPAGOS: Please make sure to choose a late flight for your return to Quito from Galapagos on the last day (Day 7) of the Galapagos tour (departing after 12:30 PM)

NOTE: Itinerary subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal changes, last minute weather conditions and adjustments to the Galapagos National Park Policies or Travelers’ flight schedule; in these cases no refunds will be applied.

Yes, but we suggest you review the airline’s policies regarding the number of mls allowed.

It is not possible to bring pets on the tour, since they will threaten the fauna of the islands.
